Rachel TomelicRachel Tomelic is a dedicated leader and advocate for community empowerment. A former ACES student at Paint Branch High School, Rachel began her leadership journey as the social media coordinator for the ACES program and a participant in the Ambassador Leadership Program.

After graduating high school, Rachel continued her leadership development at Montgomery College, where she earned her Associate of Arts in Social Sciences and advanced to the role of Student Coordinator for the Ambassador Leadership Program. In this role, she mentors ambassadors and is actively creating a high school program to expand the leadership opportunities the program offers.

In addition to her leadership program work, Rachel also oversees high school student workers, guiding them to develop essential skills and fostering a collaborative environment. She continues these roles while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) through the Universities at Shady Grove (USG), where she is double majoring in Psychology and Political Science.

Rachel’s experiences have solidified her passion for serving communities and creating opportunities for others. She remains committed to using her education and leadership to drive meaningful change and uplift underserved communities.
